If you’re traveling from Brooklyn take the lower level of the Verrazano Narrows Bridge. Stay to the right and exit at Bay Street. Take the Bay Street exit service road to Bay Street where you will make a left turn. Stay on Bay until you’ve passed the Staten Island Ferry Terminal. Bay Street will turn into Richmond Terrace. Stay on Richmond Terrace for about one mile until you see Tysen Street. Make a left onto Tysen, followed by a right onto Fillmore Street.
