At the time of reservation, the Harbor House requires a non-refundable one-night deposit (including all state and local taxes). Room prices are quoted based on double occupancy and required a minimum two night stay on weekends.

Directions to the Harbor House

Staten Island car hire travelers should have no problem locating the Harbor House Bed and Breakfast, which is situated at 1 Hylan Boulevard. Directions from JFK and LaGuardia Airport are as follows:

  • Take the Verrazano Narrows Bridge (All Car suggests getting n the far right lane on the lower level), exiting at Hylan Boulevard. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right on Hylan and drive about 8 blocks to the dead end. Staten Island car rental travelers will see the Harbor House Bed and Breakfast on the left corner.

If you’re making the trip from Newark Airport, All Car suggests the following directions:

  • Take Interstate 95 South, or Route 1&9 South in your Staten Island car rental. Cross the Goethals Bridge (Interstate 278 East, also known as the State Island Expressway). Exit at Lily Pond Avenue/Bay Street, turning left onto Lily Pond. Continue along this road until you see Bay Street. Here you’ll want to turn left and continue until you see Hylan Boulevard (this will be the third light). Turn right onto Hylan and the Harbor House will be one block away on your left.
