Are you planning a trip to Queens? There is brick home on a quiet tree-lined street in a two family detached home that is open for you. Located in Queens Village, it is easy to get to with your car rental in New York City, or you can take advantage of the free transportation to and from Manhattan/Penn Station for two guests daily or transportation vouchers for two upon departure to JFK Airtrain Terminal. There is space here for four suites with private bathrooms and two guestrooms with shared bathrooms. In the morning, you can enjoy a continental breakfast or full service breakfast at IHOP, courtesy of your innkeeper.

What you can expect from your stay

When you stay at Connie’s Homestay Bed and Breakfast with your car rental in New York City, you can expect a private room and bath (depending on room type). A single occupancy rate is between $95 and $115 dollars (all prices subject to change), while a double occupancy rate is between $110 and $130. The rate for each additional person is $35. If you plan on being here for a longer amount of time, then there are short term rentals available for month to month leasing. The rooms feature air conditioning, a desk with computer, fireplace, coffee maker, radio, TV, and telephone. Queen’s Village is a middle-income neighborhood. It was once home to many returning World War II veterans, but is now becoming more racially diverse. The crime here is lower than other surrounding neighborhoods. You can try some shopping along Braddock, Hillside Avenue, and Jamaica Avenue, as well as Springfield Boulevard.

Queens Village is connected to the Long Island Railroad Hempstead Branch at Queens Village Station. It can take you to Midtown Manhattan to Penn Station in a short time if you don’t want to take your car rental in New York City with you.
